Wesley Sneijder has been one of the most crucial players in the Dutch line-up at present and in the recent past. He was quintessential in his team reaching the Finals last time around in South Africa and reaching the Semi-Finals this time. His contributions and dedication to his team cannot be looked down upon.

Last time around when he lined up to face the Selecao in the World Cup back in 2010 in the Quarter Finals, he scored his country’s two goals to give them a deserved victory which saw them reach the final stages of the Cup.

The midfielder stepped up for the Oranje this time against Mexico in the Last 16 where he scored a late goal in the 88th minute to keep his nation’s hopes alive which he did as Huntelaar successfully converted a penalty 6 minutes later to send the whole of Netherlands into jubilation.

He will pose a threat to the Brazilian defense as he is an accomplished player  and will make them pay for their lapses in and around the 30 yard line.

Take a look at the top 20 goals by the #10, who was once known as the best midfielder in the World.
