Transfer Report: Arturo Vidal

As we reported last week about the potential transfer of Arturo Vidal to Bayern Munich for a reported sum of €40m today look at how the transfer could shape up and what could be it's pro's and con's.

A Double winner with Juventus last year and the winner of the prestigious Copa America trophy with his national team, Arturo Vidal is a stand out performer. A midfield power house with his strengths being - a absolutely destroyer and having nerves of steal.

Since moving from Bayern Leverkusen and joining Juventus, Vidal will be back in the country where it all started for him in Europe. Bayern Munich are a side which have been dominating football circuit for some time now.

Ever present in the last rounds of the European competition, Bayern Munich have always been a club who look to ways of improving their team. But the recent sale of club legend Bastian could prove to be costly as they have lost a local lad, and a great leader.

Coming back to Arturo Vidal, the Chilean is an all rounder. Categorized as a box to box midfielder, the Chilean can do everything from running to scoring to assisting.

Pro's:

Goal Scorer
Assister
Defensively Sound

Con's:

Temperament
Attitude

Vidal could prove to be a brilliant signing for Bayern Munich when paired with the likes of Xabi Alonso and Xavi Martinez who will provide the stability giving Vidal the license to roam and attack.

We at "The Football Mind" believe, the transfer of Arturo Vidal has every chance to be hit and could prove to be an vital cog in their search for European challenge.
