Refund, Replacement and Cancellation Policy

We strive to deliver the best service through our store at However, in case you are not completely satisfied with the product received from store, you can drop in an email within 24 hours of receiving the product to with the Subject containing the Order Number and the details of the issue in the email. For orders from third party linked websites or partners, the refund and replacement policy for the respective website will be effective which will have to be taken up directly with the party involved.

In case you have a problem with the product received, like damaged, incorrect product or wrong size, kindly send an email with the same within 24 hours of its delivery. The product will be either replaced or a refund will be given to you based on your requirement and the assessment by our team. For replacements due to incorrect product or size, the product should be returned as it is received - with tags, unwashed and undamaged in a condition that they can be sold again.

You will receive your replacement within 4-5 working days of our confirmation email for the replacement. In case of Refund, you will receive your refund for online payment in these cases within 4 working days from time of confirmation email of of Refund from us.

For cancellation after booking a product, send in an email to In case the product has not been shipped by us on receipt of the email, we can cancel your delivery and refund your money, but if not, then cancellation will not be accepted. You will receive an email from our support as soon as we confirm the status.

All extra charges for online transactions including convenience charges cannot be refunded in all cases. The delivery charges for such transactions are also non-refundable.
