Ltd. does not guarantee the quality, availability, delivery period or exactness of order for products from Third Party Websites. Any issues for products from such linked websites should be taken up with the respective website. For any issues with products or deliveries related to merchandize available on manager.protegesportshq.com/store directly please end enquiries to info@protegesportshq.com with the Order Number in the Subject. Our representative shall get in touch with you but we do not guarantee a solution to any particular problems in the process of product delivery but shall try our best to satisfy your issue.

9. Pricing:

The prices of products described on the website are at the discretion of Protégé Sports Networks Pvt. Ltd. for change without prior information. If there is any inaccurate price displayed on the website for any of the products, we will inform you if you have ordered the products and will process your order on confirmation from you via email communication with the accurate/new price.

10. Shipping Policy:

Confirmed orders will reach you within 4-5 working days of your order Confirmation email. Shipping charges for orders upto Rs.500 will be Rs.50 and beyond Rs. 500 will be free shipping.

11. Choice of Law:

Indian law will govern these Terms, as well as any claim, cause of action or dispute that might arise between you and Protege Sports (a "Claim"), without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Miscellaneous:

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Site at our sole discretion, at any time, for any or no reason, and without notice or liability.
