10 things you did not know about Cesc Fabregas

After his return to the Premier League with Chelsea, Fabregas has shown a strong performance for his new club and expressed his determination to give his best. Here are a few things about him that you did not know.

1. Fabregas was the youngest player to appear for the Arsenal football club as well as a Spanish World Cup team.
2. Fabregas hails from modest background. His mother, Nuria, worked as a caterer for a time, while his father, Francesc Fabregas Sr., as a construction worker.
3. Cesc joined FC Barcelona youth academy at the age of 10.
4. In 2003, Fabregas showcased his talent in the FIFA U-17 World Championship were he won the Golden Boot for being the highest goal scorer and the Golden Ball for being the tournaments best player.
