Eden Hazard has made heads turn with his performances ever since he joined the Chelsea tea, in 2012 and he continues to do so till now. Just a few moments ago, he played the cross of his life which resulted in a goal against Russia and in turn ensuring Belgium a spot in the Last-16 stage of the World Cup after a period of 12 years.
The 23-year-old known to be selfless on the field did just that as he received the ball from Divock Origi from outside the box in the left flank while Origi positioned him to receive the ball. Hazard, meanwhile, did what he does best; he dribbled past a defender found more room inside the box and gave Origi the smoothest of passes, the positioning was so good that even Fernando Torres would not have been able to miss such an attempt. Origi, without fail found the back of the net.
The whole of the Belgian players and fans alike burst into celebration having realized the dream of progressing to the pre-quarters of the coveted tournament which the fellow Belgian and manager Marc Wilmots had reached back in 2002.
