Rumour of the day: Higuain-Balotelli swap
According to latest transfer market rumour, Mario Balotelli who has struggled to settle in at his new club Liverpool, could be on his way out already after a miserable four months at the Mersey side.
With Rafael Benitez side interested in the Italian, a 10 million bid could be accepted for Mario. Balotelli who has scored just 2 goals in his ten starts at Liverpool has grown a frustrated figure.
On the other hand, Higuain who had a brilliant last season where he scored 24 goals for Napoli since his move from Real Madrid. With Napoli interested in Balo and Liverpool needing a replacement striker, a 35m bid could lure Napoli in selling the Argentinian.
Higuain who had his form struggle of his own, couldn't score many until yesterday he scored a hattrick against Hellas Verona.
Mario Balotelli who was a deadline day purchase, was sold by , Milan for a cut price 16 million. With Daniel Sturridge suffering from reoccuring injury, Liverpool have struggled to find the net with Balo, Lambert and Borini.
