Man United want Borussia Dortmund ace Ilkay Gundogan

United who have been struggling with injuries off late, have been looking to recruit a midfielder who could partner new arrivals Blind and Herrera.

Manchester United don't look content with their side even after a £150m splurge this summer as Louis Van Gaal looks to bring in more quality as the team is struggling find form with a regular recurring injuries to its players.

As widely speculated all summer Juventus' Alturo Vidal still remains a target as the Juve man looks unsettled after playing a just few of the possible 10 games this season. Where as another Van Gaal target has just returned to full training with his AS Roma side and looks unlikely the club will be willing sell him.

So it comes to down to Gundogan who had his own set of injury issues and is still coming back to full fitness. With a squad full of competition at Dortmund, Gundogan needs to establish himself again. But this time it might take time or might just not work as the competition is immense. So a move well could be on the cards for the German come summer.
