Reports say Manchester United have agreed a £16 Million with Ajax for defender Daley Blind. The 24 year old can play left-back as well as defensive midfield and will be a perfect addition to United's weak defense.

Van Gaal played Blind in his World Cup squad and if he wishes to continue his 3-man defense, he will require the Dutch defenders services. United have already spent £130 Million this window in a bid to strengthen their squad signing Di Maria for a British record fee of £59.7 Million, Marcos Rojo, Ander Herrera and Luke Shaw.

Will this be enough to stop United's slip down the Premier League table? Only time will tell
