Pato to QPR on loan?

English news outlet Daily Mail have made a sensational claim in their today's edition - linking Brazilian hit man Alexandre Pato with a move to the South London club QPR.

QPR who are struggling for a survival in the Premier League, are looking for a striker who can take bit a load off star man Charlie Austin. With Defoe one of the target for manager Redknapp signing for rival relegation battlers Sunderland, the club have identified the Brazilian as the possible replacement.

Pato, a forgotten man now, is on loan to Sao Paulo from parent club Corinthians. The injury prone striker has scored 12 goals for the on loan out fit for his 30 games for them.

With QPR looking to offload trouble maker Adel Taarabt to wealthy Dubai club Al-Ahli, could release some funds to sign a prospective striker. QPR and Redknapp need to hurry and sign players if they wish to stay in the Premier League next season.
