Chelsea midfielder is set to continue his second loan spell away from England. He had played for La Liga side Valencia last season and will be joining Vfb Stuttgart this time around.

Here is his first goal for Chelsea:

Romeu had earlier signed a three-year-deal with the London outfit suggesting that the player figures in manager Mourinho’s long term plan for the player.

The 22-year-old joined Chelsea in 2011 and will be replacing the likes of John Obi Mikel in the coming seasons.

Chelsea’s official website confirmed the youngster move with an official statement that read: “Oriol Romeu has today joined Stuttgart on a season-long loan.

“The midfielder, 22, who recently signed a three-year contract at Stamford Bridge, heads to the German top flight.”
