Tottenham are in the market looking for fresh attacking impetus as they set their eyes on signing Juventus' Sebastian Giovinco.

Giovinco who has been with Juve for three seasons now, has seen his chances fall short of his expectation. With him spending most of the time out on loan with Parma and Empoli, the striker is feed up with his time at the Turin club.

Tottenham who have started breathing a new lease of life thanks to goals from young Harry Kane, look to get the Italian so as to avoid putting total burden on the youngster. With Soldado and Adebayor misfiring, and with goals hard to come by for the side, coach Pochettino has asked the club officials sign the Italian.

Giovinco who's contract ends at end of this season, will likely be let off for a small fee, but with other clubs interested, it could be difficult signing for Spurs to pull off.
