Five Things That You Didn't Know About Cesar Azpilicueta

It is Cesar's birthday today! we at the footballmind thought you should know a few facts about him.

1. Azpilicueta was born in Pamplona, Navarre. A product of hometown side CA Osasuna's youth system.He played his first Spanish league match against Real Madrid at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu on April 2008.

2. On 27 November 2010, Azpilicueta ruptured the anterior cruciate ligaments in his left knee. He was sidelined for six months.

3. From 2005 to 2011 César was called up to play for Spain national youth teams from 16 to 21 years; he appeared in 55 matches scoring 3 goals.

4. Chelsea fans and players affectionately call him ‘Dave’ as his surname Azpilicueta is difficult to spell.

5. Cesar sang "La Raja de Tu Falda" by Estopa which means ‘how a driver crashes his car because he is staring at a sexy girl’ on his Chelsea initiation ceremony.
