We all know that no Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi or anyone for that matter can match upto the staggering Swedish footballer Zlatan. He carries this aura with him that strikes hard at each and every one. He is simply unmatched as far as his personality goes. He is one of the most versatile of players.


1. Zlatan holds a black belt in Taekwondo.

The Swede holds a black belt in the Korean Martial Art style Taekwondo. It does look pretty obvious, the goals he scores. He puts his skill of this art in the football pitches while scoring goals. No wonder his goals are so awesome.




2. Zlatan has a statue made of his trademark goal celebration.

The man has a wax statue immortalized of his trademark celebration, Arms raised and fingers pointing at the sky, at a museum in Paris, the Musee Grevin.




3. Zlatan failed physical education twice in school

It a little surprising to hear two the words ‘physical education’ and ‘failure’ associated with Zlatan in the same sentence. But the highly athletic was a bit too selfish and had issues sharing the ball with his team mates as a result failed in PE for two years where he scored 2 out of 5.




4. Zlatan practiced football on a pitch filled with gravel.

Zlatan begun to master the tricks of the trade on a gravel pitch that was near his mom’s house due to poverty in Rosengard, Sweden. Recently Nike built a new pitch in the same place to honor the 32-year-old.




5. Zlatan is a fan of Al Pacino.

Zlatan is a self-proclaimed follower of American movies and is reportedly a huge fan of the Godfather actor Al Pacino. He has also said that he watches Al Pacino’sScarface twice or thrice every year.
