After a blistering last season, Liverpool Football Club believed that they have come out they misery years as they finished second on the table and missed winning the trophy by a minute margin.

But since the sale of Luis Suarez this season, everything has gone wrong for Liverpool this season. Daniel Agger and Skrtel where the back bone of the side, but even Dainel Agger a Kop favorite has been sold this season after differences with manager.

Raheem Sterling who player without any pressure last season, as the young winger enjoyed what he did, with the burden left to likes of Suarez and Gerrard.

Daniel Sturbridge who was sensational last season, has missed major part of the opening months as he remains sidelined.

But the major fault is Brendan Rodgers. The Liverpool manager spent £100m last summer as he tried to replace Luis Suarez and revamp major positions.

But even with the money available, he couldn't sign player's of the quality Liverpool deserved. Rodgers again preferred English talents over a cheaper and more talented international players.
