Premier League club Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has already had a good transfer season having signed Alexis Sanchez from Barcelona with Mathieu Debuchy set to be done in a few days.

The Frenchman has understood that Gunners’ squad needs to be stronger than ever if they are to compete for the title considering other top sides have already spent 50+ million pounds so far.

He is now looking to rope in World Cup winner German Sami Khedira to join the Gunners as he is experienced and can be crucial in the defensive midfielder role.

If the deal goes through the player is said to be expecting £150,000 pounds per week at the Emirates which would make his the highest earning Arsenal player.

Spanish news paper Marca has said that a deal worth £25 million is already agreed.

One good attribute going for the London Club is that, any jitters the player has in joining them could be shook off as friends and compatriots Mesut Ozil, Per Mertesacker and Lukas Podolski could convince him into agreeing to the deal.
