AS Roma vs Inter Milan Match Preview

Roberto Mancini’s tough start to his second stint at Inter continues as he visits Stadio Olympico to face high flying AS Roma. Roma are second on the table behind Juventus and will look to put some pressure on the Turin side.

Roma has made a superb start to this season as they have made a meal out of this season’s title race after meekly surrendering to Juve last season. Inter are looking for fillip in their fortunes after seasons of mediocrity.

Team News

Roma’s injury woes are slowly easing off as Kevin Strootman remains the only midfield casualty. De Rossi and Pjanic are back and will be looking to kickstart their season.

Inter have a full squad to choose from as Roberto Mancini will be looking to name an unchanged team from last week’s Milan derby.

Probable lineups

AS Roma - De Sanctis; Maicon, Astori, Manolas, Holebas; Nainggolan, De Rossi, Pjanic; Iturbe, Totti, Gervinho

Inter Milan - Handanovic; Campagnaro, Ranocchia, Juan Jesus, Dodo; Guarin, Medel, Hernanes; Kovacic; Palacio, Icardi
