Chelsea saw a tense last 30 minutes to put QPR away 2-1? in the Weekends match. The West London Derby which has always been a jinx for the League leaders, this time was put off by goals through Oscar and Hazard.
Chelsea seemed comfortable enough throughout the match, with Oscar scoring a beautiful goal, which could contend as goal of the season. This was all seen by a strong Blues team with the return of Diego Costa, and they dominated the play for most of the game. Oscar was at it again, showing an amazing work rate, and none other than the leading assists man in the League Fabregas was the onto feed the ball to the Brazilian.
The second half, although still a strong performance by the Blues, saw QPR equalize through a clever back flick with some top spin by Charlie Austin, who seems in good form for the Rangers.
Hazard was however, at it again, the little Belgian taking on defenders and won a penalty. He also took the penalty and converted it through his own unique style of not looking at the ball, but at the keeper while doing so.
This was more than enough to see the Home team through who sit comfortable at the top of the League. Mourinho though, was unhappy with his teams performance and feels the match should have been sealed earlier in the game.
