David Moyes is new Real Sociedads boss

Former Manchester United manager David Moyes is Real Sociedad’s new manager as officially announced by the Spanish club. He signed an 18 month contract with the La Liga outfit.

The club announced on his official website,

"Real Sociedad have reached an agreement with David Moyes," it read.

"Details about the official presentation of Real Sociedad's new coach and who will form part of his technical team will be published tomorrow [Tuesday] morning."

The Scot had a tumultuous season at Old Trafford which saw him axed just within a year into his bumper six year deal after failing to meet club’s expectations.

Now he will join the team which is placed 15th in the league table who despite their standings, have already registered wins over both the Madrid teams this season.
