In the second part of the build up to the biggest rivalry in the Spanish Football history, we here at ‘The Football Mind’ look at a set of stats which would speak for themselves.

There is little to separate these two sides when we look at their history. At the Bernabeu though, Madrid have a decisive edge over their arch rivals.

The last 5 meetings between the two in all competitions also sees Real Madrid edge ahead on statistics.

Also, lets take a look at the biggest wins for each side both at home and away.

Statistics can only tell us so much. However, the game will be decided on the field and at that moment, these numbers will speak for nothing and we shall see 2 of the best sides in World Football currently go head to head.
