FIFA rejects Garcia's appeal
The scams are slowly being swept under the carpet as FIFA has rejected appeals from its own prosecutor Michael Garcia and two other whistle blowers.
FIFA states that the report by Garcia is not a legal binding on them to release the findings.
"No names were mentioned in the statement and any information provided was of a general nature," a Fifa spokesman said.
"Thus, there was no divergence of any information of a confidential nature.
"The chairman reviewed all provided material and stressed that, since the participants in the investigation had gone public with their own media activities long before the publication of the statement of the chairman of the adjudicatory chamber Judge Eckert, the breach of confidentiality claim had no substance."
This has upset Phader-Al-Majid who was with Qatari contingent during the bidding process and says she divulged the details only on condition of anonymity.
"I feel extremely upset and concerned because me and 75 other people were promised that everything would remain confidential," she said.
"When I asked Michael Garcia if there ever would be a redacted form released I was told 'no' and that only four people would ever see the report."
