Jose Mourinho who just recently won the award for being the best coach in whole history of Portuguese football could well prove the world, why he deserved such great recognition as he plans to raid his former employers for two of the best young talent.




Raphael Varane who Mourinho signed during his regime at Madrid, is one of the prime targets the coach is looking to add to his current Chelsea squad. A bid of £20m being readied for the French international, it needs to scene if they Spanish side would sell him for that amount.

Varane who is being touted by many clubs, is looking for a club which would give him playing time and first team opportunity.



The other name on the list is Jese Rodriguez. The Spanish u21 who just recovered from a serious knee injury is also being touted for a move away as the signings of Isco, Bale and James have pushed him even behind on the list.
