Germany and Poland win 4-0 in their respective Euro 2016 qualifying games
Two goals from Thomas Muller set the way to Germany's four goal win against newly formed Gibraltar team. Bayern Munich striker, who opened the scoring charts at 12 minutes in to the game. Germany who where expected to reach double figures against the minnows but couldn't as Gibraltar played well and restricted Germany in their own backyard.
Bayern's Thomas Muller doubled the lead with in 30 minutes of the game. as Germany dominated the proceedings with Gotze finishing of the Gibraltar team's any hope. But a golden opportunity fell to Gibraltar's Walker, as a chance fell to him and he tried a lob which was tipped out by Neuer. Low closed his eye as he almost saw his world Champion side concede against the minnows. As the first half ended, the Germans led by three goals.
Gibraltar played as expected with 10 me behind the ball, and defensively. There Germans couldn't convert their chances into goals as they saw a host of chances either fly past the goal or getting blocked. But Gibraltar where unlucky as they conceded a 4-0 which was given as Own goal. The game ended as a four goal win for Germany.
Poland also won their Euro qualifier game by four goals as they defeated Georgia.
Poland who remain on course to book their place in the 2016 Euro Cup which is to be held at France as they won their away trip against Georgia. Geogia who where beaten yesterday, saw their manager quit as he had already decided which didn't depend on the out come of yesterday's game.
Poland and Georgia played out a goalless draw in the first half as both side cancelled each other out with equal defensive and attacking play. Poland took their lead through Kamil Glik who headed home from a corner. After the first goal went in, the flood gates opened as two goals where shipped in two minutes by the home side.
The fourth was later added Milik and the game ended as a 4-0 win for Poland.
