Khangembam Jibon Singh, better known s simply Jibon Singh is an Indian footballer who will now play for North East United FC in the upcoming ISL tournament.

A midfielder, the 24 year old began his youth career in 2009 where he played for East Bengal. He has been a part of the Indian U-23 team in tournaments such as the SAFF Cup in 2009 as well as the 2012 AFC Pre-Olympic Tournament in 2011. His entry into the I-Lague was through the team Indian Arrows, a new team that had only U-23 players.

He stayed with the team that changed their name to Pailan Arrows till 2012 and even scored the winning goal for them in a match against HAL SC. He is now a part of the Shillong Jalong FC. He has made a total of 18 club appearances.
