Leicester vs Manchester United Match Report

Manchester United made a strong start scoring 2 goals in the first 15 minutes. Van Gaal only showed why his transfer signings were the right choices. Leicester though, have already shown that they are not a team that will sit silent even against the big teams.

The first goal was a good team goal and the net was found by Van Persie, and provided by Falcao.

The second goal was started by Di Maria with a brilliant change of pace at the half line and the finish was beautiful, with a chip over the keeper.

Leicester struck back in the 17' through Ulloja who has already scored against Everton and Arsenal.

United extended their lead in the Second half through Herrera, who scored with a beautiful flick.

However, Nugent scored Leicesters second through a penalty. He had previously scored 10 penalties in a row for his team in the Championship last season.

Leicester's equaliser came from their Argentine maestro Cambiasso within 2 minutes of their second goal.

Weak at the back, United lost the ball in the midfield and conceded a beautifully set up counter attack, finished off by Jamie Vardy.

The 83' saw a penalty awarded to Leicester who kept pressing and Blackett was sent off for the challenge. A composed strike from the spot by Ulloja saw Leicester seal the match.

The last 10 minutes saw Leicester toying with the red devils and Leicester have shown us why they deserve to be in the Premier League
