Overview

An inconsistent Spurs make a trip up nort to cold and chilly Manchester as they face the defending champions in their own den this week as Premier League returns post international break.

City are still away from their top form as they are coming to terms with a season rather slowly than expected. A little marred by injuries and a little by fatigue, but City were also not blessed with a favorable run of fixtures. Yet they managed to be n that second place is quite commendable.

Spurs on the other hand are still being themselves. Inconsistent. Good one day awful the other. Mauricio Pochhetino has a bigger task of instilling some consistency into his heavily assembled squad.
