Radamel Falcao’s United future up in the air

Manchester United’s marquee loan striker Radamel Falcao’s future in England is still up in the air. Reports in British media claim that the English club is planning to wait till May to exercise their buy option.

The Monaco man has had a stop start season at Old Trafford as he has succumbed to injuries after coming back from a long injury layoff. Falcao has scored a paltry four goals in his 20 appearances for the Manchester club. It took him four games to open his account.

Since then the Columbian has flattered to deceive. He has missed sitters and has failed to win the confidence of manager as well as the fans. United have the buy option till the end of the season and it is reported that United and Louis van Gaal are planning to wait till the very end to make any decision.

There was a poll conducted by Goal.com regarding the future of Falcao at United and 75.1% of voters were dead sure that he is done at United. Now this isn’t a surprise isn’t it? It would be one if United do exercise their right to buy at the end of season for 43 million pounds.
