The biggest rivalry of English football will take center stage this Sunday as Manchester United host arch rivals Liverpool. Louis van Gaal's side is third in the league after a string of gutsy performances.



Liverpool on the other hand, are struggling to patch up a decent run of form this season. But these are the games where form book is thrown out of the window. Passions will flare high as the two of the most dominant sides of English football wage a war against each other for the ultimate supremacy.

Louis van Gaal must be hoping some kind of relaxation in his injury list. Angel Di Maria is expected to return the starting XI after missing the trip to Southampton. Chris Smalling is a doubt for Sunday as he limped off against the Saints on Monday.



Liverpool will be hoping that Kolo Toure is fit enough to travel with the squad at Old Trafford. Mario Balotelli will miss out due to injury thus Rickie Lambert is expected to start.
