Positive talks with Chelsea over Thorgan Hazard

German club Borussia Monchengladbach, are in discussion with Chelsea regarding making Thorgan Hazard their player come summer.

Thorgan Hazard the brother Chelsea's superstar Eden, has been on loan with the German side for more than six months now. The 21 year old joined Chelsea just after brother Eden Hazard in the same transfer window as he made his way from Rens.

Having been loaned his very first year at the club, the player could be finally looking at a place where he can settle down. Thorgan has started 26 times for the Germans this season.

Thorgan was quoted saying to kicker: "I believe that there will be a decision before the end of the season -- the sooner the better."

Even club chairman Eberl confirmed of the on going talks.

Speaking to the club's official website, Eberl said: "We are still in discussions with Chelsea.

"The fact of the matter is that Thorgan would like to stay here, Chelsea can see a transfer happening and we want to sign him.

"All three are very positive signs, so we will try to come to an agreement and hopefully get a contract agreed."
