Cristiano Ronaldo: "My future is Madrid"

Cristiano Ronaldo has come out and quashed doubts surrounding his future at Real Madrid and gossip about Chelsea and United. The Portuguese international who joined Real Madrid in 2009 since his record money move from Manchester United, has been linked by various media outlets saying the star man would want to move back to England, and has been bored of his life at Madrid, as many of his friends and fellow team-mates were sold by the club.

But during his time at Madrid, Ronaldo has broken record after record, with one coming just a fortnight back as he scored his 25th hattrick for the club.

He has also managed to win all the prestigious trophies with Madrid in Spain; namely the La Liga, the Copa del Rey, the Champions League and the FIFA Ballon d’Or.

Ronaldo spoke to the media after the Elche win

“They are all speculations about my future,” Ronaldo said after scoring four goals in Real's victory over Elche on Tuesday.

“My future is Madrid. I'm happy this season is going well and my future, I will not speak about, it does not make sense."
