Silvestre joins Team Chennai in the inaugural ISL season


Former Manchester United defender, joins team Chennai which is owned by bollywood actor Abhishek Bachan. The 37 year old becomes the second marquee signing behind Brazilian Elano. The frenchman has a lot of top experience, he played almost ten seasons as United player, before moving for free to Arsenal.



Silvester who did the punditry in a recent World cup talk show on a Indian TV channel, will be an integral part of Chennai side.



The French defender looked evidently excited as he tweeted:
