Vidic to make a United return?

Former Manchester United captain Nemanja Vidic who left the club after 300 odd appearance to join Inter Milan on a free transfer, has been linked back with a move to Old Trafford.

Vidic who was one of the fan favorites in his time at the club, hasn't done too well with his new club Inter Milan where he has started just 8 games this season. Inter Milan thought signing Vidic could solve their leaky defense issue but it hasn't been the case.

United on the other hand, are looking to sign defenders, due to major injury concerns and because of their defensive frailties. With Van Gaal looking at the options available - Nemanja Vidic is one of the cheapest and safest options in the market.
