Steven Gerrard is arguably one of the most popular footballers in the world. He has won almost everything except Premier League and a World Cup and a Euro trophy coupled with a Confederations Cup, if you count it as a trophy!
You might be thinking that we are trolling him. But trust us, this is nothing when we say that Gerrard is being trolled more brutally in his native England. All of us remember his slip against Chelsea last season which handed the league title to Manchester City.
Now what if I tell you that there is a horse who is named Gerrard’s Slip and he runs on the 12:40 at Doncaster tomorrow, five minutes before the match at Anfield. Now that is irony!
