Real Madrid (4-3-3): Navas; Carvajal, Pepe, Ramos, Marcelo; Isco, Kroos, James; Bale, Benzema, Ronaldo.

Atlético starting XI: Oblak, Juanfran, Miranda, Godín, Siqueira, Mario, Tiago, Koke, Raúl García, Griezmann, Torres.

Overview:

Fernando Torres goals in the first minute of each half helped Atletico qualify for Copa Del Rey quarter finals.

Atletico Madrid who had a lead of 2-0 from the first leg at Vicente Calderon came in the game setting up a potential decider between who'd go to the quarter final round.

With Fernando Torres starting, Simeone should the belief he had on his former teammate. His faith was repaid with in 50 seconds of the start as a brilliant run from Griezmann created a move and as he crossed the ball which beat Ramos and fell kindly for Torres who netted it home making it 1-0 to the away side with in a minute of start.

But Real Madrid came back with a answer to Spanish international defender Sergio Ramos on the 20th minute. With the score all score but the Atleti led the game on aggregate. It was on Real Madrid to chase the game now.

It wasn't to be for Real Madrid as Torres scored his second in the opening 35 sec of the second half. Looked as if the game was put to bed by the home coming striker.

A Cristiano equalizer leveled matter, but only for the deserving Atletico team to go to the next round.

Simeone's side now overcome Ancelotti's in Supercopa, Liga & Copa this season.
