Premier League's Top Performers Of 2014-15 Season


Perhaps their is no better way to judge an attacking player than his effectiveness, and the amount of goals that player has directly contributed or in terms of the direct assists to his fellow team mates.


Here are the top five performers:


5) Charlie Austin:



His team might be struggling for survival, but one player who has bloomed this season, its Charlie Austin. Austin has been involved in 15 goals directly, 13 goals and 2 assists.


4) Cesc Fabregas:



Barcelona man who joined Chelsea this summer, has firming asserted himself at heart of midfield alongside Matic. Fabregas has again proved why he's so highly rated with his telling contributions. Involved in 17 goals, 15 of them being assist and rest of them as goals.


3) Sergio Aguero:



The ever injury prone Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has again had a sort of start and stop season. But that doesn't stop him from scoring does it. Aguero has scored 14 and assisted 4 times which when totalled adds up to 18.


2) Diego Costa:



As a Chelsea banner at Stamford Bridge for the man read "You follow me, when I go to battle", Diego Costa has proven himself as a trouble for opposition defenders. Having scored 17 times and assisted once he is involved 18 time for Chelsea.


1) Alexis Sanchez:



One player who has set the stadiums on fire this season with his mesmerizing runs and dribble past defenders and his solo efforts for goal. Alexis Sanchez has contributed to 19 goals directly or indirectly with 12 being goals scored by him and other 7 being assists.
