Burnley: New signings Lukas Jutkiewicz, Michael Kightly, Steven Reid, Marvin Sordell and Matt Taylor would all be looking to make their premier league debuts for Burnley today. With an injured Sam Vokes, we could be a looking at a pairing of Ings and Jutkiewicz starting upfront for the Clarets. A midfield four of Taylor, Marney, Jones and Wallace are expected to play in a Dyche’s favoured 4-4-2 setup with the former Manchester United youth trainee Thomas Heaton guarding the goal.

Chelsea: The signings of Cesc Fabregas, Diego Costa and Flipe Luis was major boost for the West London club, who completed all their transfer activity well before the deadline day of 31st August. The re-signing of the club legend Didier Drogba who won them the esteemed Champions league trophy with the last kick of the ball was an added incentive. There is a real battle for places in the squad, none more eye catching than the prospect of seeing either one of Thibaut Courtios or Petr Cech starting on the bench for Chelsea. Mourinho is expected to play at least two of his new summer acquisitions in former Arsenal man Cesc Fabregas and Spanish striker Diego Costa. The club captain John Terry in his 20th season of English football, will lead the side today and his England counterpart Gary Cahill is expected to partner him in the centre of the defense. With the ability of Cesar Azpilicutea to play on the either of the side of the defense, it needs to be seen on which side Jose prefers to play him.
