With Manchester side travelling to London to cut the gap at the top of the table which five at present. Chelsea and Jose Mourinho on the other hand will look to increase the gap to as much as eight today.

Though this is claimed to be the biggest game of the season, but will be marked by absence of many big game players for both the side. With Yaya Toure and new signing Wilfred Bony on international duty with Ivory Coast, the duo will miss the game. For Chelsea, the week which has been marred with controversy but also the joy of going through to the Capital One Cup finals, will have Diego Costa missing through a suspension for the stamp on Emre Can. Midfielder Cesc Fabregas and Defender Filepe Luis are doubts too, with both going off during the game against Liverpool.

With all those injuries just the side show for the game, the major highlight comes down to, Mr. Chelsea and former Blue, Frank James Lampard returns to the stadium where he made his legacy and his reputation as a lethal goal scoring midfielder.
