A dramatic last minute goal conceded by the German's against the Irish side led to them ending the week on a very poor note as the side couldn't win any of the two Euro qualifying games. To add to it the side had a number of injuries which left coach Low hands tied with a limited number options to choose from.
The German's who lost to close rivals Poland to a margin of 2 goals, as they again conceded against a travelling Irish side led by captain Keane as they managed to get a draw against the new world champions. The results have Germans fourth in the table behind Poland, Ireland and The Scotts.
Toni Kroos who opened the scoring in the 53min of the game, saw the Germans keep a lot pf possession and have a lot of shots at the goal. Germans had 22 shots compared to the 4 of Irish. But John O'shea who was playing his 100th international for his country, had other plans as he scored in the 90th minute to send the travelling fans in to ruptures.
Capping off a poor week in terms of World Champions quality.
