Ilkay Gundogan to join Man Utd in £16m deal

In what could be a shock move of the season, Borussia Dortmund's Ilkay Gundogan could be set free as the club risk losing him for free come next summer.

Manchester United who have been an admirer of the German's ability could be the place where Gundogan could be plying his trade come next season.

Gundogan who has made no secret of his will to join a Premier League club, could finally have a move.

With Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool looking at the situation very closely, Dortmund could well make profit out of the midfielder, instead of losing him for free.

A £16m Ilkay signing could well turnout to be a gem of a signing!
