Overview

It is probably one of the few clashes which has historical significance attached to it. A mouth-watering clash awaits us at Anfield as an in-form and unstoppable Real Madrid travel to sloppy and inconsistent Liverpool.

It is a strange fact that Real Madrid have never defeated Liverpool. Never ever. This is probably their best chance to get their first win over Merseyside club.

Team News

Real Madrid will be without their star winger Gareth Bale and Liverpool without Daniel Sturridge. Real have a wealth of options to replace the Welshman but Reds don’t.

Cristiano Ronaldo will make his first appearance at Anfield since his debut season.
