Radamel Falcao joins Manchester United after club agrees loan deal with Monaco
Today, Manchester United have completed the signing of Radamel Falcao on a season long loan. The Manchester club surprisingly emerged as the front runners to sign the Columbian striker. After a rumor linking him with Real Madrid, Falcao ultimately moves to Manchester United, totally surprising his fans.
The move for Falcao would have been led by the fact that, the striker needs an operation on his knee injury, and the added fact that the red devils have loaned their Mexican international striker to Real Madrid.
Looking at the financial aspect of the deal, United will pay a loan fee amount, which could be anything between 5-6M pounds for the season. With a Russian billionaire and the state of Monaco being a tax free haven, the striker is said have been earning a salary close to 11M pounds a season. Which could mean that Falcao could be the highest earning premier league player in his time at Manchester United.
