Real Madrid vs Liverpool Match Preview

An on-fire Real Madrid host an under performing and misfiring Liverpool in their Champions League return fixture after thumping them 3-0 at Anfield just two weeks ago.

Real are demolishing each and everyone in their path at the moment while Liverpool are struggling against the likes of Newcastle United. Cristiano Ronaldo is unstoppable while Mario Balotelli hasn’t even ignited his engine yet. All in all it is a battle between the two contrasts.

Gareth Bale is expected to return for the defending champions as they have no new injury to report of as such.

Liverpool will miss their star striker Daniel Sturridge and they too have no fresh injury concerns. Rickie Lambert may replace misfiring Balotelli at Santiago Bernabeu.
