Deadline Day Specials -

Now we will have a look at the real movers and shakers who rocked 1st September 2014 -

Radamel Falcao [Monaco - Man Utd] Loan

This was arguably the biggest surprise of this transfer window. A coup de grace by Ed Woodward to lure Falcao from Monaco to Old Trafford by beating the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester City and Arsenal.

Javier Hernandez [Man Utd - Real Madrid] Loan

It looks like this move was totally architected to resurrect Chicharito's faltering career after two torrid years in Manchester. A decent loan spell will bring him back in the reckoning.

Danny Welbeck [Man Utd - Arsenal] ?16m

Rumors of a fallout with new coach Louis van Gaal were proven indeed when Arsenal came in with a late bid for English forward. A win-win situation for all the parties helped in quick conclusion of this deal.

Alvaro Negredo [Man City - Valencia] Loan

He was supposed to be offloaded to create vacancy for Radamel Falcao but he returned home irrespective of Falcao. A loan deal with obligation to buy him at the end of summer.

Micah Richards [Man City - Fiorentina] Loan

One of the biggest defensive prospect in British football has had his share of injuries which sent him at periphery of Etihad. A loan move is one last ditch effort to get his career back on track.
