From two wins in two for Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea, the Blues from London travel to Goodison to take on the Blues from Mersey side.

Chelsea are one of the only four team who are yet to drop points in this, Premier league season which is just two weeks old. On the other hand Roberto Martinez’ side are still looking for their first win of the season. Two draws, first at Leicester and a home draw against Arsenal. But the last time when these sides met at the Goodison, Chelsea succumbed to loss, after a sole Naismith goal gave the Toffees three points.

Everton:

After two tough fixtures, Evertonions take on Chelsea, who have been absolutely flawless in their opening games. Dispatching Burnley and Leicester with ease, the Toffees look to halt a early season Armageddon.

Evertons’ record signing, Romelu Lukaku limped off a with a foot injury against Arsenal but Roberto Martinez looks hopeful that the striker would be fit to face his former club. Samuel Eto’o another summer signing would be looking to make his debut for Everton from the bench. With injury to Pienaar, McGeady will be the player coming in for the South African. Bryan Oviedo, Ross Barkley and Arouna Koné have all been long-term injuries. Christian Atsu is ineligible to face his former club.

Probable Line Up: Howard, Coleman, Jagileka, Distan, Baines, Barry, McCarthy, McGeady, Naismith, Mirallas, Lukaku.

Chelsea:

Chelsea authorities and their fans, had an agonising past couple of days, after a news of Diego Costas’ injury broke out. But Mourinho revealed that, a call will be taken after the final training session, if the striker is fit enough to start against Everton. In other news, Andre Schurrle had picked up a knock last week, but has been declared fit to face everton.

Probable Line Up: Courtios, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta, Matic, Cesc, Ramires, Schurrle, Hazard, Costa.

Prediction: Everton 1-2 Chelsea
