FC Pune City vs Atletico de Kolkata


Pune and Kolkata played out a draw as they game saw both side missing their chance to win the game. Pune in particular could have won the game as the look and performed as better side.



Jakub Podany's 11th minute strike for ATK was neutralised by Pune's Greek World Cupper Kostas Katsouranis during the dying moments of the first half.



The game saw the visitors take lead as Luis Garcia capitalized on a defensive error as he put in a measured cross for Podany who was one of the five changes made by manager.


Pune responded with a wave of attack of their own. As they had a number chances. Ultimately equalized through Greece midfielder, Kostas Katsouranis. Katsouranis had another chance as he hit a shot but Bete was equal.




The game finished as a one all draw, as ATK remained in the trail of qualification.
