Real Madrid star Gareth Bale has ended all rumours linking him back to Premier League with interest from red half of Manchester growing stronger by the day.
"I can't see myself at Manchester United," Bale told Spanish radio. "In an interview recently I was asked if I was happy in Madrid and I said that I was very happy here.
"I have a long contract still to go, I am enjoying myself and we are winning trophies. I want to continue doing this at Real Madrid."
The Welshman was supposed to be the part of United’s deal which involved the sale of David de Gea to Real as the part of the deal. But the reports have since cooled down as United are planning tie ths Spanish keeper down to a new five year deal.
This is a major jolt to United as they are looking to add a world class winger to their squad with Bale being the prime target.
Bale went on to add that he is really enjoying his time in Madrid and loves the support at Bernabeu.
"I feel the support of the Bernabeu. I am going to continue working to show what I am capable of doing on the pitch and so as to win more trophies."
The 100 million man also cleared the air regarding his reported fall out with fellow team-mate and icon Cristiano Ronaldo.
"There is no rivalry between us. We have meetings to talk about tactics. Normally if there is a free-kick from the left then Cristiano takes it and on the right it would be me. We get on well," said Bale.
"I don't think I'm greedy. On the pitch I make assists and score goals. I play the game how I like to play and the press can say what they want."
