Jose Mourinho and his aura!

With his team cruising at top of the table at end of the year after a draw at Southampton, Chelsea and Jose Mourinho will start the new year as the league leaders.

But is there a change in Mourinho's aura? From his first stint in 2004 where he came in as a arrogant young manager who had won the Champions league with Porto which was unimaginable, to his second stint, where he called Chelsea his real home!

As I've pointed out, the change in the man is there to see! He is no more the guy who calls himself the special one after his endeavors at Inter, Real Madrid! Instead he calls himself the "happy one" .

He's more of a team guy than an individual! There are no more mind games played, unless its Wenger that is. More settled, more calm and more relaxed he knows how to behave and how to defend his side from critic's.

Mourinho is a guy, all coaches inspire to be! His aura of a guy who is strong mentally attracts attention, media just hate him because of his strong mindedness but the Chelsea faithful just love him because of that.
