Memphis Depay completes Man Utd medical

Memphis Depay completes his medical and the Dutch international would leave PSV to join Manchester United once the transfer window opens. The transfer is rumoured to be around 31 million Euros. The attacker scored 25 goals in 35 appearances for PSV this season and has score 20 goals in 32 appearances in the League. PSV have been crowned as the Eredivisie Champions and the winger has played a vital role in helping them do so.

Memphis was awarded as the player of the season after his stunning performances in the league throughout the season. He made his final appearance for PSV when he played 83 minutes of their 3-2 victory at Den Haag.

"Memphis Depay has today completed his medical at Manchester United, The Club will now work towards finalizing his registration when the international transfer window opens in June." a statement released by United on their official site.

"It's a typical Manchester United signing to sign someone who has got potential but hasn't yet grown to become the finished product," Neville said

"United have done that over the years, particularly with foreign players. I think Depay looks like an exciting player but there's a lot of obstacles to overcome to determine as to whether he going to become the real deal," the former England defender further said.

"He's got to settle in the country and get used to playing football in Manchester. It will be different but it fits the bill in terms of him being a young player."He added.
