Cristiano Ronaldo is in the headlines after scoring his 3rd hat trick in four games. The scintillating form of Portuguese has led many fans and pundits to make wild predictions about him this summer.
One such man is Guillem Balague, who is Spanish football expert for England’s Sky Sports. Balagu has termed it that the Real Madrid talisman can go on to break the record of most goals scored in a season if he continues this way.
“With 13 goals and 1 assist he already is a number 9.”
“80 goals. He can score 80 goals this summer if he carries on,” said Balague in his post match round up for Sky Sports La Liga.
Even we sort of agree with Balague. The form he is in, with it, he can surely go on to achieve that feat if remains injury free for the whole season. If anyone can its Ronaldo, isn’t it?
