Overview
Good teams grind out results, so did Manchester United yesterday, as Southampton succumbed to their third defeat from the last three.
Robbin Van Persie who has been struggling to get back to form and come to terms since the former Dutch manager took over, showed us all why he's know as on of the best in business. As he scored twice from his three opportunities.
Southampton on the other side played well, and felt hard done as the result of the game was against play. Koeman's side played some impressive football as they outplayed United a completely dominated the ball.
But as they say, Manchester United had the mentality to win. As they capitalized on the opportunities they had.
